Rosehip oil: naturally anti-aging


Rosehip is a must-have classic for the skin and the entire body.
The rose "musky" is a flower with prodigious virtues that grows wild, but it should not be confused with roses that give essential oil . Because it is the seed of this rosebush close to hawthorn that gives the precious active vegetable oil on the signs of time and healing.

Indication

The rosehip oil Pranarôm contains:
  • A little over one-sixth of monounsaturated fatty acids (omega 9)
  • About three quarters of polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega 6 and about 33% omega 3, a wonderful balance between these precious essential fatty acids!)
  • Vitamin E and carotenoids (including retinol).

use

  • Oral use: 10 g (1 tablespoon) daily.
  • Cosmetic use: Suitable for all skin types.
    • Preserves aging.
    • Use as a moisturizing and nourishing day or night cream (apply 15 minutes before makeup or bedtime).

Trick

Stress: A diet rich in omega 3 essential fatty acids would significantly increase neurotransmitters' production of energy and good mood in the brain. At the emotional level, studies tend to show that the symptoms of depression can be alleviated through an additional intake of omega 3. Add to your seasonings 1 teaspoon of rose hip oil per guest.
